I was very impressed with the initial meeting with Leyton and the viewing of our, now successfully, rented property. He was knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic and kept in constant contact with us without being intrusive. This made all the checks and fund transfers very straightforward. When we checked in, I was met by Charlene who was prompt and efficient. She showed me around and allowed plenty of time for us to look around and check the inventory. I have to say, the inventory was the most detailed and accurate I have ever seen. Minor wear and tear marks were described and photographed in detail and I felt very reassured that so much time and effort had been spent in preparing the inventory. I was also impressed with the details provided for identifying the numerous keys we have as well as details for the energy supply meters and alarm. We have had a very smooth move in and have been reassured by the offers of help and checks of satisfaction provided by the team at Blue Sky even when they were not required to do so (Blue Sky is not managing the property). I have found Blue Sky Properties to be very professional from start to finish. They have kept me informed at every step of the way - even sending a text message to confirm funds have gone though. Juliette and her team have given me a fantastic service. I met four estate agents initially and went with Blue Sky because Juliette offered the best package in a very professional manner. My home was sold in just over 4 months and in current conditions, for the size of the property this was far sooner than I'd expected.
